Safety
At The MAD HOUSE LLC, We want our customers to enjoy themselves, however safety is important. Please read the rules of engagement at the MAD HOUSE LLC. Rules keep it safe and we want everyone to have fun.. Ask a MAD HOUSE staff member if you have any questions.
House Rules
- You must wear your protective gear at all times.
- We accept participants aged 10 and up. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during their entire session. ID must be presented to verify age.
- Do not hit the walls or floors with weapons.
- Do not obscure, cover, hit or throw items at cameras or speakers. Doing so is grounds for immediate expulsion. If we can’t see, you can’t smash.
- Participants under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will NOT be allowed to begin a session.
- MAD HOUSE LLC. is a no smoking/vaping environment.
- Do not burn or set fire to anything in the room.
- Do not throw anything at the ceiling or lights. You will be responsible for damage to lights and ceiling.
- Do not smash anything not included in your session.
- Do not throw large/electronic items around the room. Smash only!
- Be aware of your surroundings. Do not hit other participants in the room.
- Do not bring anything into the room other than what you are allowed. (safety equipment, weapon)
- We try to accommodate as much as we can but due to the nature of our business, we do not issue refunds. If you are unable to make it to your session, you can reschedule your session for free to a later date and time.
